Antares B

The name of Antares' smaller companion, Antares B is a whitish star of spectral class B2.5. It has a mass seven times that of Earth's sun and orbits Antares once every 878 Earth years. Antares B has a brightness of roughly 1/50th of that of Antares, or about 200 times as bright as Earth's sun.
