affair. A new royal road connected Umfluflu with Ngazargumu.
THE SUPREMACY OF TOGO
Elembouko II, Supreme Oba of Togo
DIPLOMACY: none

19,500 warriors at home.

The Bakongo couldn't leave it alone. Koshaka and his 22 ships were loaded

Ife, Gagnoa and failed to steal from Akan and Yoruba. In Vili, the city
of Obane was built, it could only be next to the Kongo Sea.
East Africa
Mercs: 10mi, 10mw
THE GREAT ZIMBABWE
Malachai, Chief of Zimbabwe, Holder of the Five Twin Jackal
Chair
DIPLOMACY: none
Asabys took some people to Zanzibar to 'colonize' but the several families
of Arabs who did live there refused to be evicted. Asabys wasn't told to
use force so he went back home. The Zimbabwe declared war on these regions
that were always rebellous or are anti-Zimbabwe. Vevinoumbi and 20,000
heavy infantry and 37,500 regular infantry attacked and enslaved Melela.
Mozambi was still not connected to the rest of the nation yet. Further
north, the isolated army of Hwatot conquered the heathen lands of Brava
and Lamu.

Mercs: 20mc, 10mi, 10ma
THE SULTANATE OF IEST
Ahmed al Kaffiyin, Sultan of Mahidia
DIPLOMACY: none
Halal and Mustafa sat around Aswan and turned back the colonials tfor the
Sultan did not take into account the region resistence. Prince Khalid and
Tupac returned home from Tobajara and lost all but 1 of 10 ships from hurricanes
and rot. The low tax rate helped to improve the economy and creativity.
THE ALMORAVID EMIRATE OF ANDALUSIA
Kadir, Emir as Sevilla
DIPLOMACY: Carib(ne), Takrur(f)
Emir Istafa was insecure for he did a no-no. To prove that he was no Saxon
butt smoocher, he built a great megalithic mosque, called the Great Mosque.
He then took a pilgrimmage to the holy places. First to Jerusalem then
Mecca. At Mecca he fell down dead. It was said that a lightning bolt from
the holy stone itself struck the wayward Emir down. Istafa had a son named
Kadir who was barely ready for the top job.
In other news, armies were dispatched to Merrakesh, Salamanca and Gambia
to stem the riots. Admiral Jaiz explored the Cape Verde current and encountered
heavy storms all the way. He made it to the Carib Islands, who weren't
impressed that he was wonderful. Cities: Al Figuig(2), Ar Rokki(7), Katio(2)
and Toledo(9) grew.
THE NORMAN KINGDOM OF ENGLAND
Buford, King of England
DIPLOMACY: none
The English found out that Pope Innocent III was in Ipswich. Chancellor
Derby called on Lord Wilmingham to shut down the Innocentine cathedrals
in Helston, London, Ipswich and Hull. These acts would be scorned amongst
the populace for the Pope was well loved. Lord Wilmingham couldn't bring
himself to follow these orders exactly. He merely cancelled a Sunday's
mass then moved on to the next cathedral. As young Buford came to power,
a swarm of knights and armed peasants answered Innocent's call for a crusade
against the Moors. Buford and Derby found themselves in a bind. They wanted
to honor their agreement with Saxonia but their kingdom was well within
the Papal camp. Iestian ships started trading at Helston but they weren't
welcome.
THE NORMAN KINGDOM OF SAXONIA
Henry IV, King of the Saxons and of the Normans, Count of
Blois
DIPLOMACY: Asturias(nt), Gascony(nt)
Riots were instigated by the crown in Tours but the people merely got rowdy
and destroyed some public works. The king himself had to crush the malcontents
and consider better ways to depopulate Tours. An army of 5000 knights rode
through Anjou and Orleans and shut down a couple abbeys still in the control
of the Innocentine Church. The Saxons engineered and completed the royal
road from Soissons to the Danish city of Liege in Brabant.
THE ARLES KINGDOM OF ITALIA

Liguria with a force of 24,000 riders, 67,000 infantry, 100 cannons, 75
siege towers, 15 mortars and 20,000 condottieri. There was a garrison of
19,500 bored knights which was disarmed and devitalized. Genoa's ramparts
surrendered without a struggle (without even the usual insults hurled between
armies) and the rest of the campaign was easy. Lombardy was repatriated.
Savoy was pacified. Verona was regained. With the most minimal of losses
the troops came home in 1487 and drank lots of wine. Pope Sixtus V was
quiet.
THE LOMBARD KINGDOM OF SAVOYWasn't much of a fight. Fell like a card building.

Where Innocent III became well known. He took refuge the cathedral in Ipswich.
On Christmas day in 1485, he read a Papal Bull condemning witchcraft practiced
by the Saxon, Italian, Helvetican and Thaerian kings along with their shadow
masters the Black Tower Moors. He then called for a crusade against the

persuation kept it all together. The whole Empire was in such unrest since
the Francian campaign. He died of a stress related illness in 1488. Manuel
his brother tried to take his place but was poisoned by Hesperos Astyochus,
Isaac's chancellor. Hesperos declared himself to be the Emperor but Leon
Phormio, master general of the navy, would not offer fealty. It took little
council to convince Leon to make himself Emperor. The Astyochids and the
Phormions fought over control of the Dacian lowlands. Eventually Ludgorie
came under Astyochid dominion. Phormio's heralds secured the greater part
of the Empire: Thrace, Dobruja, Wallachia, Temesvar, Macedonia, Thessaly,
